Delivery Information

► A4 and smaller prints will be sent in flat cardboard-backed envelopes. Larger prints are sent in rigid mailing tubes.

► Processing time before dispatch of orders is 2-3 days 

► UK ORDERS include free Royal Mail 2nd Class delivery as standard. If you would like to upgrade to 1st Class or Tracked please do so at checkout.

► INTERNATIONAL ORDERS used a Tracked service and shipping costs will be calculated at checkout depending on your country.

► Postal delays due to strikes, international customs, weather or pandemics mean we cannot guarantee the delivery times will be exact. Thank you for understanding that once dispatched, delivery is very much out of our control, but please do get in touch if it has been an extended amount of time since dispatch and we can find a resolution.

► Shipping costs do not include any relevant customs or import taxes, this may be an extra charge in your country of purchase and is something the customer is subject to pay on top.

► Please note, prints larger than 17" x 25" exceed the capacity of our studio printer and are therefore printed and dispatched by our production partner, another printing studio based in the UK.
